Guided by experienced instructors the focus is on safe, mindful movement that helps you feel strong, balanced, and connected throughout your pregnancy journey and preparing you for birth. Doctors certificate required for approval into class.

  • Created to support your post-birth recovery, this class helps you rebuild core strength, restore pelvic floor function and enhance overall stability and posture. With the support of the Reformer and Tower, you’ll be guided through safe, effective exercises designed to help you reconnect with your body and navigate the physical demands of early motherhood. Led by knowledgeable instructors, this class offers a steady and empowering return to movement throughout your postpartum journey.
