Take your Matwork teaching to the next level with the STOTT PILATES® Advanced Matwork course. Designed for instructors who have completed their Level 1 Matwork training, this course introduces 13 advanced exercises that challenge coordination, balance, control, strength and endurance.
Learn advanced progressions, modifications, muscular sequencing and variations to confidently work with highly conditioned clients and bring greater challenge and precision to both private and group sessions.

Deepen your Reformer knowledge and expand your teaching repertoire with the STOTT PILATES® Advanced Reformer course. Building on Level 1 training, this course covers 70 advanced Reformer exercises designed to challenge strength, flexibility, stability, coordination and control.
Explore advanced movement sequencing, Reformer accessories and exercise variations to create dynamic, higher-intensity workouts for experienced and highly conditioned clients.
